New potential businesses were acquired: Hollming Works Ltd (2002), BMH Technology Ltd (2007) and Simsotec Ltd (2008). Norpe Ltd and Crystal Pool Ltd were sold.
Hollming becomes a shipping company
Trading with Soviet Union ends with the last vessel deliveries, shipbuilding business is abandoned in 1997.
Era of special vessels
River ships, research vessels, coast guard vessels, island ferries, harbour tugs, push tugs, ocean-going tugs, missile boats, mine-laying vessels.

Timber cargo ships were the shipyard’s main product in the 1960s.
Decade of barge building
The tenth anniversary of Hollming shipyard was celebrated on 15 March 1955 with the laying down of the keel of barge building number 100.
Hollming Oy established in Rauma - Years of war reparations
The shipyard built a total of 34 schooners delivered as war reparations. The first schooner was launched on 15 June 1946.
